A blacksmith is a metalsmith who creates objects from wrought iron or steel by forging the metal, using tools to hammer, bend, and cut. Blacksmiths produce objects such as gates, weaponry, furniture, sculpture, tools, decorative and religious items, cooking utensils and so much more. Blacksmith is the colloquial term for the many people who work with metal such as farriers, wheelwrights, and armorers. Aside from its specialization, the blacksmith had a general knowledge of how to make and repair many things, from the most complex of weapons and armor to simple things like nails or lengths of chain.

While any thriving community has many metalworkers, these are two of the Blacksmiths in Lovely:
Bugsley is quite the tinkerer with a fine eye for small details. If you have a project that requires a delicate touch or abhors the heat of the Forge, you best leave it to this artisan. Most citizens of Lovely have a hard time understanding his speech patterns, but wouldn’t want to trade his skillful hands for any other.
Augustine is more of a ‘large area worker’. As he would say: ‘it leaves a larger error margin‘. Not that this inspires more confidence, but he delivers good work while on the clock. His best work can be admired in the library clock, far above the city.
